When you use SharpFinder, we collect information you provide directly — such as an email address if you sign up for updates — and information collected automatically, including standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral URL).

We do not require an account to search or browse the directory. Anonymous browsing produces no account data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve the directory
• Send the email updates you requested (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Understand aggregate traffic patterns (no individual tracking)
• Respond to support requests you send us

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use a small number of functional cookies required for the site to work (session management, preferences). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

SharpFinder uses Vercel for hosting (which processes standard log data) and may use analytics services to understand aggregate site usage. We do not embed third-party advertising or share individual user data with advertisers.

We retain server logs for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes. Email list data is retained until you unsubscribe.

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing us at privacy@sharpfinder.app. We'll respond within 30 days.
